Modern work life requires not only people from the marketing department to use social media channels, but a lot of processes will be transferred to the digital marketing world. Human resource departments will have the need to know how to search and advertise new and vacant positions, as well as judging who is the best applicant to do the interview with. Interviews will be mostly done (first rounds) online to be as flexible as possible. Cultural differences more and more will be the main focus to do marketing in a global world as not one strategy fits all regions. So regional marketing and specific marketing actions will be needed to get the best out of the work invested.
Target
During the summer school the participants will work in groups on a given project in an early innovative stage and generate one or more routes for future setup of the digital marketing strategy of a company.
